The olive varieties Manaki, Koroneiki and Athinolia are not only the names of our oils, but also define the unique characteristics of their taste. For this reason we produce three single varietal olive oils with distinctive taste profiles that enhance and perfectly match different dishes on your table.
The rigor in our Olive Oil production process translates to its high quality. Our olives are hand picked and cold-pressed, within 1-2 hours of picking. This is how we achieve low acidity levels of 0,15% - 0,32% (benchmark for extra virgin olive oil: 0,80%).
Our oils are vintage oils - to ensure a fresh product, we deliver our olive oils to the market within the year of production. They are best used within 18-24 months after bottling. Their production, bottling and best before dates are clearly marked on our cans.
Our olives are cultivated in distinct geographical regions of southern Greece. They are pressed and bottled in the same areas to ensure they remain fresh.
Our cans are fully recyclable and easy to carry. The can protects the oil, which is a very sensitive product, from external odor and strong light to sustain its high quality throughout its lifetime. The minimal design of our olive joy cans are elegant on every dinner table.

Together with our partners, we meticulously obsess over and insist on the quality control throughout the entire production process of our oils: from olive tree inspection, to transportation of the olives to the press, to bottling, and final transportation to you; we work hard to make sure you can enjoy an excellent product.
